What is GARI Mining
GARI Mining is a daily reward programme for the creators and users, where there will be a specific number of tokens released to the Mining Pool and will be rewarded to the creators/users for doing in-app activities like watching, liking, sharing and commenting on videos in the Chingari app.
There will be a 5000 $GARI Pool assigned for those who access the Chingari app every day. And those who access the Chingari app every day will get a streak bonus and will be rewarded with more $GARI.

Q. Where does Mining take place and what infrastructure do we need to mine?
A. The Gari Mining program is an extensive Create-2-Earn & Engage-2-earn program where the users on the Chingari app are incentivized for participating in the creator economy. You just need an account with an active GARI wallet on the Chingari App, to begin with.
Q. I have downloaded the Chingari app just now, what else do I need to know to participate in GARI Mining?
A. Please sign up for a Chingari account using Google Account or Mobile number and then create a wallet. Please, note that the Chingari wallet is a non-custodial wallet, so we don’t have any access to your wallet in case you forget your pin and answer security questions. Please ensure you remember both.
Q. Is it POS or POW consensus mining?
A. No, it's a daily reward programme where those who are active and stay engaged in our Chingari ecosystem will be rewarded with GARI Tokens.
Q. Where can I access the mining section on the Chingari app?
A. Mining details can be accessed on the Wallet Page of the Chingari App.
Q. How many types of Booster Badge NFTs are there?
A. There are two kinds of NFT Booster Badges -> Creators Badges and User Badges which are upgradeable. Each of the Badges can be upgraded up to Gold level from the Basic level.
Q. What are Creator Booster Badge and User Booster Badge? What is the difference between them?
A. A creator or a user can be able to multiply his contribution score depending on the level of the Booster Badge. These Booster Badges will give you access to a daily Pool of 45,000 GARI Tokens and you will be rewarded in proportion to engagements you get. Creator Badge gives multipliers for creator-related contributions whereas user badges give multipliers for user-related contributions. Please check the table below for activities a user or a creator is entitled to participate in.
Q. I am a Creator. Can I also buy a User Mining Booster Badge NFT and earn rewards?
A. Yes, you can take part in Mining as a Creator as well as a User by purchasing both kinds of booster badges and you will be rewarded as per the contribution score you get for your respective badges.
Q. Can I buy multiple booster badges of the same category? If so, is there any limit?
A. No, Only 1 NFT per category is allowed. You can have 1 Creator booster Badge or 1 User Badge or each of both but can't have the same badge more than one.
Q. How do I buy a Creator/User Booster Badge on the Chingari app?
A. You can buy GARI Tokens from any of the major listed exchanges like Kucoin, Huobi, OKX, FTX, Kraken, Bitbns, and Raydium and send them to the Chingari app to buy a Badge. Visit the Mining Badges section available in the wallet section of the app.
Q. Do I need to have SOL in my wallet to buy a Booster Badge?
A. You don’t need to have SOL in the wallet. Chingari will bear the gas fee for user convenience.
Q. Can I withdraw my mining rewards?
A. Yes, Mining rewards can be withdrawn from the Chingari application if you have completed KYC and hold a booster badge.
Q. Why should creators buy a booster badge?
A. A Creator booster Badge allows you to multiply your rewards. The higher the level of Badge, the more rewards you will be earning as a creator. Say you earn 1 $GARI without a badge, with a top-level badge you can earn x10 of your base earnings i.e 10 $GARI.

Q. What are the activities involved in Mining?
Depending on the number of activities a user or creator is involved in, they will be rewarded with a proportionate number of tokens from the pool. Some of these activities are not being rewarded yet.
Q. Can I sell or transfer my NFT Badge?
A. Once Marketplace is live, you will be able to list your badges to sell and transfers will be enabled later.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of GARI Tokens I can earn through Mining?
A. No, there is no limit on the maximum number of GARI you earn from Mining.
