1.2) App wireframe/prototype

Before jumping right into the prototype I would recommend you to go through my App Idea Post.

Now, Prototype… So what is a prototype? It’s a first or preliminary version of a device or vehicle from which other forms are developed.

That’s the definition, I get it but why make a prototype?

Improve design quickly, Collect feedback from testers and users, Easy implementation of designs later on, and more….

If all of this doesn’t convince you, I don’t know what can. Oh yes, I do know, just go to Proto.io , its one of the best tool to create a prototype for websites and mobile applications.

So let’s get back to the Dinosaur Jump Game Prototype:

Screen 1: This will serve as the first screen that user sees when they open up the app. It will create a cool logo of the game, three buttons below it, Share, Play and Audio toggle, Below these buttons, will be two sign-in options Facebook and Google Play

1- Initial Screen

Screen 2: This will be the actual gameplay, It will contain the sprite images of the character( Dinosaur ), the obstacles ( Buildings and other stuff ). There will be a Score counter and a pause menu.

2- Gameplay

Screen 3: Screen after death/game over, It will display the current score, highest score, cool animation and just below the animation three buttons, share the score, replay the game, or go back to home.

3. Game Over

Cool backgrounds, logos, and sprites to be added soon. I’m open to suggestions as this is my first time creating an Android app moreover with a prototype from proto.io ( It’s very fast, convenient and efficient )

Here’s the link to the prototype: CLICK ME! ( Do tell suggestions )
