Tom Bilyeu NFT Overview — 9/28
At 3pm EST, Tom Bilyeu held a discord live event regarding the opening of the discord server and for more news on his NFT Product.

Overview
This product is released on October 13th. It is a product, not a project. A product is different than a security and is as far away from SEC regulations as possible.
This will be released via a dutch auction. The price starts at 3 eth and decreases over time. This hopefully deters gas wars. There are lower price points but for the highest rarity, 3 eth. There will be 2500–2700 Legendary (highest tier) NFT’s minted.
There will be tiers but are not specified just yet. Legendary includes all the utilities while each of the lower tiers only has access a couple utility branches. There will be less Legendary Tier compared to Common Tier so they are more scarce.
Impact Theory’s mission is to make sure everyone encounters a growth mindset before they are adults to create more meaning, purpose, and prosperity in the world.
Impact Theory has dedicated 30% of its staff to technology because it is transitioning into a tech company. Crypto is just beginning and his company will produce and develop technology for the Web 3.0 landscape. NFT’s are a product that last forever and get upgraded overtime. This is the Version 1 that will become a fully refined version as time goes on.
Goal is to become the next Disney and this is how he will make this a reality through new technology. This NFT will be the cornerstone of his ambitions, legacy, and reputation.

Early Access to 3 unknown Intellectual Property. This is exciting because as they develop tools, Key Holders may get access for their businesses or it could be early access to metaverse universes for entertainment. Early Access comes with 8 NFT drops whitelists or free air drops. Neon Future is a collaboration with Steve Aoki. The rest are going to be top artists… most likely due to his huge network but this is not confirmed.
Direct Access gives you utility in meeting with Tom and networking with huge business owners. A 30 minute call goes for probably north of $5000 an hour for his time due to his network and knowledge. Quarterly Dinner is proximity to the top entrepreneurs and business owners from around the world. This is worth thousands as well. There are 3 other locked access methods to be released.
Exclusive Access is the scarcity items (my speculation). Few will be produced so they will have value to the larger community at a premium. Physical merch to exclusive channels which is significantly more valuable than most things on this list with a dollar amount in the thousands. There are 3 other locked access methods.
Discounts will be worth hundreds of dollars and will be geared towards business, health (physical and mental), and entrepreneurship. These are his current sponsors of Impact Theory. There are 4 other locked discounts.
Token Specific Perks will reward those who collect more of the companies assets. POAP = Proof of Attendance so you get rewarded for being active. Owning this card gives you the most benefits or more exclusive benefits. 3 other locked perks.
Partnership Perks will be similar to the discounts and will be given to more fruitful than other discount cards you could have.
In total, the value will be worth more than $10,000 USD which is about the current cost for one. This is definitely out of the budget of the vast majority of people but the value is significantly more than the price.

These numbers are realistic and have been achieved by Gary Vaynerchuk on his Vee Friends Project. This is very similar to that one with more time and research given to it as 5 months have passed.
Ethos
“Trust isn’t owned, it is rented” he promises to pour value into this and make his entire intention to help create value for the Key Holders.
Money raised and earned through secondary market transactions and the initial sale gets reinvested into the team, more products, and more businesses.
His goal is to make sure we are all giggling at the value that these things have compared to when we bought them due to the absurdity he is trying to create for holders.
His culture is about uplifting people through positivity, optimism and kicking out negative and toxic people if it is not constructive. They highly encourage feedback when they are messing up or doing something wrong, just not toxic behaviors.

Overall
You are buying a technology product that is like a package. The package has a car, trailer, golden steering wheel, upgraded engine and better brakes. You can sell or lend the parts in the package to other people only because you are holding The Legendary Founders Key NFT.
This provides real utility to entrepreneurs, business owners, art collectors, and crypto users/businesses. This will be the cheapest it gets most likely and I hope you decide to stay up to date and get in on the launch at the lower end of .5 eth to as much as 3 eth!
