In order to make the next step for our startup, we had to research the competitors and study their innovations.
IQ vegan chocolate
The company is located in United Kingdom and started 7 years ago. It’s the proof that chocolate can be healthy. The main Products of IQ chocolate are chocolate bars, only vegan. Free from 14 allergens, high in potassium, magnesium and iron. Also, it’s a healthy boost in vitamins.The owners thought “ Who says you can’t eat your favorite snack and be healthy at the same time ? “ Now they’re making their chocolate from bean, testing the result every step of the way. At first they had some difficulties but today the company owns 2 stars in “The great taste Awards” and their products are sold in 13 countries. Also, their Facebook page has almost two thousand likes.
Goodio chocolate
Goodio chocolate is a stone ground craft handmade chocolate located in Helsinki. This startup creates chocolate based on raw cocoa bean and it’s minimally processed in order to keep the ingredients as close to their natural state. The company was founded in 2015. The innovation of the company is they use stone — grinding, an ancient technique that preserves all the nutritional components of cocoa. Finally company’s philosophy and main purpose is to accelerate positive change with healthful treats and world’s Best chocolate. They aim to change food industry for the better.

Chocomize is a startup located in Long island city of New York and their logo is “customize your chocolate”. In 2009 three recent graduates decided to start their own company. The main idea was to give consumers the ability to customize their dream chocolate bars. Their main products are high quality Belgian chocolate bars,truffle sets and chocolate coins!

Lucocoa Chocolate is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in London since 2014. They pioneered the production of chocolate with unrefined coconut sugar, super-food lucuma, cocoa beans and cocoa butter. This startup company has a passion for health and fitness. Sucre
Sucre is a startup, located in New Orleans since 2007. Their innovation is that their chocolate is gourmet and gluten-free. They do believe that chocolate is much more than a sweet snack and it’s an experience. Their main slogan is that life is too short for bad chocolate!
