Networking:

Feel free to add recruiters, HR specialists, and hiring managers in companies you want to work for to your network.

This way, you’ll always be updated with open positions that they might have, and you’ll pop up on top of all other candidates when these recruiters do search for someone with your skill-set.

Keep in mind though, when adding connections on LinkedIn, it’s more courteous to send a connection request with a short message.

Short message should be professional, but not like you are giving an interview. Be firm with your motive to contact that person.

Interest:

Interest is something which helps to achieve your dream job.
To add an interest — just look up whatever company, group or school you’re interested in, click on their LinkedIn page and click the blue Follow button under their name.

Typos Error:

LinkedIn profile is your “business face” — you can’t get away with making basic spelling mistakes. So, we recommend double-checking, even triple-checking the text on your LinkedIn profile.

Conclusion:

This are some of the basic and most important things which can make your high possibility of good networking and might also help to get your goals achieved.
