From September through mid-January, I successfully maintained the same weight, strength and physique by fasting once a week and lifting twice a week.

The results: I started on August 28, 2019, at 187.8 pounds. I ended on January 14, 2020 at 187.6 pounds.

Big cut over the summer, then maintenance from September through December. (Bump in January due to starting creatine.)
