Key Token Sale Technical Details
- Maximum hard cap of 28,000 ETH
- Token issuance will be instant and transferable by buyers or outside after the successful crowd raise
- Escrow in an Ethereum Multisig ¾ Wallet
- FEED is the token name, IFT is the token symbol
- Token start date is 23 July 9 am UTC and end date is 7 August 9 am UTC
Project Fund Release and Usage
- 50% released following token sale
- 25% released following milestone 1 (investFeed social network application operable, and connected to underlying market with live price tracking)
- 25% released following milestone 2 (investFeed product live in beta, to a designated client’s requirements)
- Funds used to deliver on projects goals which include development and growth of the community user-base
