1st Semester 2024 ION Network Evaluation & Review Meeting

Jakarta — ION Network held its 1st Semester Evaluation and Review Meeting on July 10th and 11th, 2024. The event was attended by the four directors, Anton Simanjuntak, Daniel Simanjuntak, Ricky Simanjuntak, and Harris Simanjuntak. Additionally, Vice Presidents (VPs) from each region were also present.

During the meeting, the Directors and VPs discussed several important topics, including the evaluation of each regional VP’s performance, future targets, and strategic planning for the next semester. The meeting also addressed whether the performance of each VP’s work was satisfactory, training for the sales team, and how to train sales staff in each region led by the respective VPs.

The meeting was filled with enthusiasm and constructive discussions. The directors and VPs strived to ensure that the company’s targets were met and the team’s performance continued to improve. One of the main focuses was to enhance the performance of each regional VP to achieve positive results.

With thorough evaluation and planning, ION Network hopes to continue growing and providing the best service to its customers. This meeting marks an important step in achieving the company’s vision and mission for the second semester of 2024.
