LEAD SELF & LEAD OTHERS Seminar Boosts Morale and Technical Skills of ION Network Technicians
Jakarta — ION Network, in collaboration with ACT (Accelerated Transformation) Consulting International, held a “LEAD SELF & LEAD OTHERS” seminar on May 29th and 30th. The event was attended by 25 participants from various ION Network sub-regions.
The seminar, held at the Graha PGD (Parsaoran Global Datatrans) building, aimed to equip lead technicians from all regions with leadership skills. ION Network technical teams often encounter various challenges in the field when installing equipment or machinery at customer locations. Common issues include a lack of team cohesion and communication between sales, administrative, and field technician teams.

ACT Consulting International provided motivation and training materials to all seminar participants, particularly the technicians in attendance. The two-day event was met with enthusiasm and high spirits from the participants.
In addition to the training materials, the seminar included engaging games to keep the activities from becoming monotonous and to make them more enjoyable. The event was also broadcast live via ION Network’s YouTube channel.
It is hoped that this activity will continue to motivate all technicians at ION Network to maintain high spirits in their duties, in line with their motto, “Pantang Pulang sebelum Gelap” (Never Return Before Dark), which serves as a unique inspiration for each individual.
