AUTHENTIC BREATH EXPERIENCE
How to Explore the Inner Wisdom within my Breath
My Breath in his Rhythm has a story to tell. Once I start to listen, the inner dialogue with the Self develops.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” — Carl Jung
- Most of the time our breathing is unconscious. It is just happening and keeping us alive.
- We can also choose to modify our breath actively. Breathing faster, slower, or holding it for a moment.
- Unknown to most of us is the third way of interacting with our Breath. Listen and participate without the intention to modify. Just listen with full inner presence. Getting in touch with my unconscious body function.
It is a silent work with my senses. Movement, presence, and sensing come together.
