The final part of our MAD review!

So, we have already installed the wallet and checked the basic functions, like receive/send/swap. Now let’s move on, because the most interesting thing is ahead!

I propose to start with the “BRIDGE” service. Usually, in order to transfer tokens from one network to another, you need to use blockchain bridges. The main task of such a bridge is to provide a connection between two blockchain ecosystems, through which it will be possible to transfer tokens. The service of transferring tokens from one system to another is quite expensive and complicated. And there are also a lot of stories about “stuck transactions” with which you then have no one to turn to, about hacks, etc. Now all this is in the past. Your brand new MADWalet has a built-in Bridge service. You can transfer tokens from one network to another in a few clicks. Shall we try?

In-wallet Bridge

- Click on the “Bridge” tab.
- We get into the main Bridge window, where we are asked to select the token (by default, from network, in which the wallet is currently located), that we are going to transfer. In the next field (just below), we need to select the Destination Network where the tokens will be sent. Well, of course, the field where we enter the number of tokens to send.
Below we are shown the approximate number of tokens that we will receive on another network. As well as a reminder of the minimum / maximum number of tokens for the Bridge, that the system commission will be charged and that the bridge procedure can take from 10 to 30 minutes.

- Once again, we carefully look at whether we have indicated everything correctly and make “Approve”.
- We wait a couple of seconds and press “Bridge”.
- In the next window, we are shown the amount of gas, that will be spent on the transaction. If everything is OK, click “Confirm”.
- We are returned to the home screen, where can click on the “History” tab and see our transaction (it will be the first one in the list). We can click on it and see the status. We wait for the Bridge status — “Success” and go to another network (to the one, where we just sent the tokens). That’s all, it’s done!

I was transferring BNB from the Polygon network to the BSC network. The whole procedure took me exactly 8 minutes. As for costs: I sent 0.0983 BNB, and after the bridge I received 0.0579 BNB (that’s how much the system showed me before the bridge, so everything worked perfectly). As a result, the entire procedure took 0.04BNB (±13$) + 0.03MATIC (±0.03$) for gas in the Polygon network. I say right away, that the bridge commission is almost half the price, of competitive solutions. And I didn’t even leave my wallet! I didn’t have to look for third party services (at the risk of bump into fishing) or connect my wallet to other apps! Everything went in one window mode — quickly and accurately! In addition, I know for sure, that if something suddenly went wrong — I have a wonderful technical support that will help me figure it out in live chat mode! Try to find a similar service!

In-wallet Savings

But we go ahead. So “SAVINGS”!
Forget the times when, in order Savings, you had to look for services, compare offers, study the ins and outs of the project (some f*ckup situations with the team, hacks or vulnerabilities), transfer your funds to some kind of platform… Or even worse — think about FTX and billions of dollars of assets stuck there, from ordinary people that just deposited their funds in staking. This all nonsense can now be forgotten. MADWallet leaves users full control over their crypto-assets, while at the same time it makes it possible to automatically earn on their assets, and at the best interest rate on the market! Sounds like a fairy tale? No, this is the new reality from now on.

Approximate interest rates in Polygon and BSC networks.

- Select a network (now Savings is supported by the Polygon and BSC networks), and click on the “Savings” section.
- A list of available deposit options will open. We select a pool that suits us in terms of coins and interest and click “Deposit”.
- In the window that opens, enter the number of tokens that we want to deposit and click “Approve” and after a couple of seconds, “Deposit”.
- In the next window, we are shown the amount of gas, that will be spent on the transaction. If everything is OK, click “Confirm”

That’s it, you are now earning passive income on your idle funds. Please note, at an impressive percentage, which is not possible to find in the banking world. In any case, this is just the beginning. After all, the number of pools will grow, along with the variety of pools by coins and supported networks.

But most of all, of course, we are waiting for MADVERSE! MADWallet is full personalization! It will be possible to customize individual skins and create animated characters, making each wallet unique and different, appealing to gamers and casual users alike! Of course, there will be a built-in NFT Marketplace where users can buy, sell and store NFTs, including the same skins and animated characters, which, moreover, can be turned into NFTs!

MADWallet will also support GameFi projects across multiple chains by allowing them to trade their game assets on the MADWallet NFT Marketplace. MADWallet will also support various games directly from its interface in future versions.

And… It’s all will be full VR Compatible! It will be a real revolution! We have never seen anything like it anywhere. So we wait! Soon!

MADWallet takes us on a journey through the metaverses.
