I’d like to say I sat here and thought of the questions but quite frankly I played pick & mix with this list and this list.

Apparently the list is about breaking the ice but the way I see it, if my don’t stick crystals up your vagina post didn’t break the ice, I’m not sure what will.

So here goes!

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?

Being silly with Mr. Meg, going for walks and staring at cute dogs, making art, reading, going to our lovely new library, cooking (curries are my favourite), sleeping and dreaming up new plans.

What are you reading currently?

Fiction: The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton (BRILLIANT)

Non-fiction: Feel The Fear & Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

What’s the first concert you attended?

The awful boyband that was 911 for my sister’s birthday.

What’s your favourite book?

Ooh, hard one and would probably depend on the day you asked me. Anything by Sue Monk Kidd, but I think Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli would win.

What’s your favorite word?

Words that don’t sound like they should be words, like fan-tangled, discombobulated and faff.

What was your first job?

Working as a 1:1 play scheme worker for children with additional needs

What’s one thing you’re excited about that’s coming up in 2018?

Settling into Liverpool!

What is your most-used emoji?

🎉

If you could win an Olympic medal for any sport, real or fake, what would it be?

Eating chocolate

If you could change your name, what would it be?

An overly-flamboyant drag-queen name, yet to be decided!

What was your favourite subject in school?

English closely followed by history

What’s your hidden talent?

Lip-syncing

If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would you eat?

Caramelised onion sausages

If someone were to play you in a movie, who would you want it to be?

Melissa McCarthy

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be? Why?

Probably Macklemore or Kesha — to experience being up on the stage, completely supported by your fans and to just have some fun!

What’s one thing your mother/father taught you that completely changed your life?

To be myself.

What’s the first career you dreamed of having as a kid?

Writer. Followed by t-shirt designer. Followed by dance instructor. Followed by science teacher, followed by writer.

What’s the last text you sent?

😃 to Mr. Meg

What’s one of your favourite memories?

My first ever memory — being in absolute hysterics as a wheel came off my pram and watching my Dad try and leg after it and keep hold of the pram

What’s one thing about you that surprises people?

I’m an introvert.

Who, or what, was your biggest teacher?

Working for myself

What was something you’ve done that made you feel extreme happiness?

Training as a laughter yoga teacher — the experience was so healing and cathartic.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

Fucking go for it and really get intentional about who you surround yourself with.

If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?

I have absolutely no idea. I like dabbling in things and learning new things and feel quite happy the way I am.

What does success mean to you?

Success means spending every day with people I love doing what I love in a way that’s sustainable and completely aligns with my values. It means being the person I know I was meant to be.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Start before you’re ready

Anything to do with blood and guts.

Friendly, compassionate and enthusiastic. (Flamboyant if I could have a bonus fourth)

What makes you feel uneasy? Overwhelmed? Anxious?

Plans changing and too much uncertainty

What is a dream you have that you’ve yet to achieve?

Writing internationally best-selling books, and becoming a speaker

What’s something you say you’ll do, but never will?

Bungee-jump. I love life too much to take that risk!

Of what are you most afraid?

Now this one has to be a top 3. Not living up to my potential, dying and losing the people I love

What’s the one thing you would like to change about yourself?

The battles I frequently have against myself

Are you religious or spiritual?

Not religious, edging on spiritual.

Do you have any recurring dreams or nightmares?

A labrador. Me and Freddie Mercury over-lapped by a year.

Your turn!!
