5 WAYS TO ENJOY TEQUILA BEYOND A MARGARITA
While we typically love to share ways to make the Freshest Margarita, we thought we would switch things up this Cinco De Mayo. Margaritas are mouth-watering, don’t get us wrong, but we enjoyed curating recipes that use our tequila in alternate ways. Here are five, non-margarita ways to enjoy Milagro tequila.

1. PALOMA TWO WAYS
#1 PALOMA MILAGROSA
· 2 Parts Milagro Silver
· 1 Part Fresh Grapefruit Juice
· ¾ Part Agave Nectar
· Top with Sparkling Water
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice and agave into shaker, shake vigorously with ice and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
#2 SANGUINELLO PALOMA
· 1 ½ Parts Milagro Reposado
· ½ Part Fresh Blood Orange Juice
· ½ Part Agave Nectar
· ½ Part Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
· ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
· Pink Prosecco
Pour all ingredients except prosecco into a Boston shaker with ice. Shake until frosty and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with pink prosecco. Garnish with a blood-orange wheel or rind.
2. THE FRESHEST SANGRITA
· 2 Parts Milagro Silver
· 2 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
· 2 Parts Grapefruit Juice
· 4 Parts Grenadine
· 3 Serrano Peppers
In four shooter glasses, pour Milagro Silver neat. Cut serrano peppers in half and remove veins, seeds or stems. Blend the halves with remaining ingredients and allow pepper infusion to steep for 2–3 hours. Strain and pour into four separate shooter glasses.
3. SELECT BARREL RESERVE, ON THE ROCKS
· 2 Parts Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Reposado
Simply pour SBR Reposado into a rocks glass over fresh ice. If desired, garnish with lemon or orange twist. Sip and enjoy!
4. MAYAN MULE
· 1 Part Milagro Reposado
· 1 Part Ancho Reyes
· ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
· 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
· 3 Parts Ginger Beer
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice. Add Milagro Reposado, Ancho Reyes, ginger beer, fresh squeezed lime juice and bitters. Garnish with mint sprig & lime wheel.
5. COCO LOCO
· 1 ½ Parts Milagro Silver
· 2 Parts Coconut Water
· 1 Part Pineapple Juice
· ¾ Part Fresh Lime Juice
· ¼ Part Agave Nectar
Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice. Shake until frosty and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple leaves or fresh pineapple wedge.
