The bottom panel of Monosnap Image Editor.

Resize tool. You can find this tool in the bottom panel of the Monosnap Image Editor.

Monosnap Image Editor app menu > Tools.

Hotkeys:

For macOS:
[⌘ - decrease
]⌘ - increase

Also you can find these options in the app menu > Tools

For OS Windows:
Ctrl+[ - decrease
Ctrl+] - increase
