To trigger this quest you have to complete the “Sunshine & Grainbows” quest first. To trigger “Sunshine & Grainbows” quest, talk to Fitz, he will then give you some grainbow seeds (You have to be level 5 in farming). Plant the grainbow seeds, wait 60 minutes, crop them and return to Fitz with the grainbows.
Fitz is located North West in Terra Villa next to the theater.
Once you complete “Sunshine and Grainbows” a new quest “Flour Powder” will appear. Fitz will tell you to talk to Karen. Karen is located North inside the house with the cow in front.
Karen requests you to grind the rainbows into flour. You need to go to a public farm that has a Windmill. This guide, will show you how to go to a public farm and bookmark it to quickly travel around.
Once you’ve found a Windmill that is not occupied, select Flour from the Recipes. Create 2 Flour.
You will need the 4 Grainbows you made in the previous quest.
If you don’t have them, buy 4 seeds from the store and replant 4 Grainbows and then return to Karen. The quest will be completed once you’ve spoken to Karen with the Flour in your inventory.
