Create the Perfect — Public Speaking
One of the people’s fears when delivering a presentation is to worry that he can not bring it to perfection. The perfect presentation becomes a heavy burden on its own so that the anxiety gets great, even before the presentation begins.
For myself find it difficult to describe the perfect word in the presentation, because each person’s standards and abilities are different when presenting.

There are three things we must prepare for towards the perfection of a presentation:
1. The Perfect Message
You have to make sure that the message you want to convey has been well conveyed, true and interesting. Avoid too much out of your initial presentation goals by telling unrelated things, much less you are limited by time
Messages that are also the purpose of your presentation should be your primary concern.
2. Perfect Delivery
Pack your message in a language that your audience can easily understand. I usually use stories to put this message into the mind of the audience. In the Motivation seminar, on Goal points the message I want to say is “you have to fall in love with your goal” then I will present a story that can illustrate it.
3. Perfect Arrangement
It is also important to note the arrangement of the presentation room. The presentation room should be comfortable, it would be better if the temperature fits perfectly with the comfort of each participant.
Check the sound system quality so that your voice is captured properly and notice the lighting inside the room so as not to be too faint.
