⚠️ ️This is just a bedtime story for my kid.
Suddenly you are hovering high-up in the air, gazing at the bright blue sky, with clouds like cotton balls stretched across the horizon. While flying above the landscape, mountains, and rivers, a strange sight emerges: a massive bird flies close, carrying a small girl.
The young lady is wearing a violet cloak. She is smiling and basking in the beautiful weather, appearing to enjoy her voyage. It felt like there was no wind. The movement of flight was the only thing making her hair and cloak blow vigorously.
The bird moved at a slow pace, its wings were from volcanic magma. With each flap of its wings, it became slower and slower.
As the bird nears, you hear it timidly squawk one word, a word that would strike fear in any sensible person, “Pirates”. The girl looked around, but only saw the expansive open sky and endless line of the clouds, nothing seemed to indicate pirates were nearby.
“Where are the pirates?” the asked the girl. The bird cawed a response, “PIRAAATES!”
Upon hearing the severity of the bird’s voice, the girl does another look around for any potential danger. While observing what was beneath her, a dot in the distance rapidly approached them. and it became clear what kind of danger was coming near. The skull and crossbones of a pirate flag began to grow in size.
Following the flag, another bird became visible, except this bird was wearing a mischievous looking pirate hat, indicating the danger it was going to bring. An old sea shanty song began to play in the background, as the fast pirate bird began to catch up to the slow, cumbersome bird, carrying the girl.
- “Hello, Snailor!” — cheerfully greeted the Pirate
- “Haaay” Snailor, the bird carrying the girl, cawed slowly.
- “Arrghh matey! Give me yer loot! I know you don’t have many treasures I can plunder, but who is this passenger?”
Snailor took out a white flag from his things and replied
- “Time to surrender.”
The pirate addressed the passenger:
- “Yes, it’s time to surrender. Please get on board, little lady!”
The girl was flustered. She had just been captured and the situation seemed hopeless, but for some reason she had no fear of the sea dog at all. She crossed over to the Pirate, and they dove like a stone into the soft clouds of soft cotton wool.
Mood: Curious. Will the sky in Skybreach be multilevel, so one could fly through the clouds?
