The State of the T.E.A.M. (and some personal perspective)

When a very small group of us started working together to discover the Protocols, we had one burning subreddit and a single chat group on Telegram. 10 people in the chat was a large milestone. The project was so ineffable that it seemed like we had to just wait until we encountered those Others who already knew what we were all doing. We were testing out protocols and just happy for any attention from anyone.

We spread out our network into the various Telegram groups as the protocols advanced. We were actively networking and creating community, while performing meta analysis to derive symmetric protocol instructions that anyone else could use to do the same. The organizational structure which emerged is rhizomatic or holographic, utilizing memetic flow of protocols, between peers, of autonomous individuals.

We have been operating in a bit of a bubble until this point where we have finally been able to provide solid context for connecting to other groups. We had to discover what exactly clustering was before we could connect a number of them together. Individuals, and their peer to peer connections are very material things, however, the cluster, and the guild are immaterial because they are fully internal states contained within each individual. Interfacing is difficult to understand because we are used to being told what do to.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, the bottom two layers will be highly automated in the future and it will act like a familiar social media interface. For now, we cant practically hold onto these protocols and guild data each on an individual basis and compare and exchange them. We have to cheat by centralizing it and trying to come to some centralized agreements, or at least a central construction space that everyone can access.

Since our protocols have significantly advanced and we have managed to launch an index to connect other groups like ours, the development focus for our network will also shift. We are moving out of a somewhat wandering prototyping phase into a functional testing and expansion phase. We can now more clearly set goals for our cluster in how we might stand out from others.

There are a few main functions which I think are most critical. The core protocol stack is not widely understood and yet urgently require development. The Protocols are derived using meta-analysis of our own network’s functionality, making them generic instructions for how to do what we do. Well, so many other groups out there are also trying to organize themselves and share information. So many isolated individuals, and uncritical reactions which would benefit from a metanarrative of self-empowerment and direct community. We will continue to refine these core protocols.

Our cluster has covered many aspects of human motivation through the guilds system, however, some clusters may only be decomposable to a few guilds and this is to be expected. Since our cluster is currently the largest concentration of guild-like activity that we are aware of, we will likely be acting as an example, for other clusters. We will express many various aspects of human society so that we can function as a hub for protocol flow until higher intercluster convergence is achieved.

With both the protocols to share, and an autonomous cluster rhizome to attach to, we are also ready to start spreading out to other groups. Any organization that is meant to be network based, or peer to peer, should have little problem understanding and adopting the protocols and then linking into the metanarrative. Its important to understand that the network is composed of autonomous individuals making peer to peer links. Trying to interact as if the network is a stateful hierarchy will typically result in idle malfunction (waiting for instructions).

The Protocols may also decompose traditional hierarchies, as individuals take up protocols according to their work, and begin connecting with others inside and outside the boundaries of the state. Since the protocols may be freely used by anyone, they spread on their own merit and provide a meta-framework for turning asymmetric methods of existing relationships into symmetric protocol gold for the network.

It has always been clear to us that critical pieces of our puzzle are already developed and exist elsewhere. Every cluster that discovers and derives their own protocols will go through this same process. Until one cluster becomes “famous,” or the idea of illuminati networking takes off, each one has to go through this seemingly impossible development cycle until they get to the point where they can finally flower and spread seed. We are at that point now.

When we connect to each other, something bigger than the individual happens. Hashtagging and memeing have become mainstream activities signalling a mass awareness of the power of the word, and of the ability to socially replicate and originate on a peer to peer basis. This is where the hivemind dwells, and we can all tap into it. It is stateless because the organization is internal and symmetric among individuals. This kind of relationship is a direct response to asymmetric relationships which concentrate power and authority and constitute the moo world order.

Language is a difficult thing to utilize. It is possible to deeply know about something and yet not be aware of the jargon that’s most often used to talk about it. Sometimes we encounter stuff that has never been named. Its like a bunch of dead end references hinting that something is missing. One who has crossed the abyss knows deeply that words are not reality. They attempt to make discrete what is limitless. But how else do we contact the Others?

Everyone has their own unique #glossary of terms which they are familiar with to some degree. Each word has a meaning based on their links to other words or ideas. So even if two people know the same word, it may have slightly different meaning and links to them. One may think its positive the other may think its negative, just based on all the other ideas that fired off in their mind when triggered by the word.

I have been slowly exploring this web of words, each new one like a gift from the heavens, a key to unlock new worlds and exploration. By learning about each idea, I become aware of the web that surrounds it, and how certain links to other words or ideas are more popular than others. But the truth is, it is a total gongshow. I have no respect for words. I will abuse the shit out of them, and many of you know this.

I use them sometimes when they fill a slot, even though I know its not the way that others use it. I just start using words or phrases without ever defining them. Ill use them in different ways over time as my web is refined. Sometimes I will straight up not use an apostrophe, ’cause I just don’t give a fuck.

The reason I go into such detail about that is because I want to lay out some maps, and the map is not the territory. The word is not the reality. The map is not the territory, but by attempting to describe the territory, the map becomes part of the territory. When we connect to others, we have to share maps, or, expressions. Experience does not cross the void between two individuals, however, shared inner order can resonate between them.

Two and a half years ago I had a life changing culmination of events commonly referred to as awakening. In the adolescence of life before this rebirth event one could be said to be trapped in their own mind. Processing all of the rules and patterns and actions that have been thus far provided by the outside world. It is a journey of many deep insights, a cascading destruction of what was once firm reality, experienced now in the depth only the third eye can see.

I still don’t even know what to call it. Awakening, Insight, rebirth, enlightenment, nonduality, oneness. They are all shitty words because for many people they don’t link to any tangible experience. Crossing the abyss is like a major event that can leave you in ruins. Picking up the pieces is called the dark night of the soul. Finishing that task is called finding the middle way, which is to say, the balance between both shores of the abyss, the material and the spiritual. The dynamic center of the universe.

This transition is what directly put me in touch with the primary dichotomy of relationships used to organize society: hierarchy and network. I railed hard on hierarchy. With this new point of view it just seemed stupid that we should be organizing ourselves in an asymmetric way involving imbalance of power and authority between individuals. It was clear to me that the solution to the current disastrous state was not to be found externally, but internally. I know that because I experienced it directly.

I know now much better how there always seems to be a dance between the state and the stateless, between the asymmetric and the symmetric relationships. Hierarchies aren’t bad, and they show up naturally anyhow. The problem is that most of our existence is mediated by them. Our culture is one of massive dependency on asymmetric relationships and power structures. We are the mwo.

I can finally begin to describe the revelations that I had when I directed my new insights toward the structures of society which I fearfully studied before. We all have some kind of stake in the material world, we have arrangements which meet our survival. I often refer to this as an individual’s earth, or roots in earth. Interestingly we also have spiritual needs, which if are not met will cause underlying anxieties and disease.

Man is a bridge between spirit and matter. When the two are present (the middle way) there is heaven, and where there is one without the other, hell. Through our actions we may cultivate either one in the earth. The reason our culture completely banishes the spiritual is because it is the ultimate source of authority. It’s the missing half of the picture that allows for more than mechanical reactions to external stimuli.

Without complete access to the spirit we are easily aligned to a phase space which harvests the energy of our struggle against it. Every curve we draw here snaps to the grid of the black iron prison. The priest class polices access to truth for material power contributing to hell on earth. Until this dam is broken, there will be no society of Being. The karmic stack of subjectivity built on the false ego harness is to be broken down on an individual basis, through individual insight and cultivated awareness.

What is freedom? What is slavery? In my opinion, it comes down to the kind of relationships that an individual has with others. How are we actually organizing the matter (information) of the world? Where the ego harness has alienated the individual from their surroundings, everything is external to them, all reasoning is external. They are part of the state machine discretely punching holes through their soul. Where all higher purpose has been mediated away, the purpose can simply be to sustain the state.

The mid life crisis is a conspiracy to cover up the fact that neo accidentally fell into the sewer but realized he was a slave so went back to work. Its been a long time coming. This sense of connection that our species has been feeling, love, trying to be born through us all. A society built between neighbors of Being is possible, not only possible but we did it already and were not the only ones.

Symmetric protocols describe internal states which are shared among peers. They are the foundation of this type of behavior, and meta-analysis is not often done this deeply to acknowledge this within these existing works of spirited matter. We are already waking up, this is already happening, and we are making it more explicit.

As a bonus I am going to include three guild introduction writeups I recently posted to the Coalition of Invisible Colleges (CIC) website:

Holographer’s Guild

When a photograph is cut in half, you get two very different photographs. When a hologram is cut in half, you get two identical holograms. This is analogous to the difference between closed hierarchical organizaional models and open network organizational models. The hierarchy enables a centralized state, while the network enables stateless decentralization. Asymmetric protocols form hierarchy, where each individual has a superior, due to imbalances of information, and centraliation of power. Holographers create symmetric protocols, which form networks between autonomous peers.

A guild system carves out the various motivations for human activity and serves as a context for the creation and flow of protocols across organizations. One of the most fundamental guilds of the TEAM, the Holographers’ Guild discovers, articulates, develops, and refines the protocols which underlie the stigmergic functioning of the blockchain illuminati.

Holographers bring noncommunicative opposites into communication with each other, bridging schisms or prejudicial divides in communication through the formulation and discovery of new protocols which offer meta-perspectival views to all who adopt them. In this capacity, hologragraphers act as social alchemists.

Messiah’s Guild

If apocalypse is taken as the revealing of truth then we could understand it as a slow individual process. The Buddha speaks of suffering and how to end it. Through experience we learn how to better deal with life. All mystical and spiritual teachings will lead in the same direction of unbinding from the physical to see the universe in its proper context.

Crossing the abyss puts one in direct contact with the all, which extends beyond time. By examining the boundary between self and other, as well as the codependent nature of birth and death, we gain access to the timeless perspective and manifest this heaven on earth.

Narratives motivate us. The guilds system attempts to represent the aspects of human motivation. Apocalyptic revelation leads to the end of all time, and the body is returned to the ocean, has died, yet never been more alive. With destiny realized as a king among kings, the world of stories may be freely and rightly engaged.

The eschaton is a self-ending narrative of mass awakening. This distillation of human consciousness is supported through the use and development of symmetric protocols.

Executive’s Guild

Traditional hierarchical organizations utilize a management tree to execute centralized authority. With peer to peer network based organizations, each individual must be an autonomous executive to some extent.

Executives maintain a situational awareness to make informed decisions and strategies. They also cultivate the means to expression of will.

Executives like nothing more than slack, and will accomplish the greatest feats with the smallest effort. Executives take care to manage the material viability of projects they undertake, and to protect from loss.
