The biggest mistake I have made in my life was forgetting that I am having a biological experience.

Thinking that all the solutions come from my head.

Giving over focus on the psychological part of things.

Not knowing that my body state affects my thinking, concentration and my mood.

Since I have learned that gut bacteria affects the mood, I got rid of depression. Since I started tapping into neuroscience, biohacking, so much has changed. Psychology and biology are inseparable in keeping yourself positive and productive. My bet is even higher on biology at this stage in my life, when I feel a significant progress was made regarding psychology improvement for me over the years.
