The New Explorers Club — Mint & Launch Timeline
The only way to get The New Explorers Club NFT is through a Portals Genesis Citizen Card (or on the secondary market).
Burn window #1
The first burn window (to get whitelisted and a free mint) was from Wednesday, September 14 at 7 PM UTC to Sunday, September 18 at 10 AM UTC.
Everyone who burned and got whitelisted can mint on MagicEden from September 19, 7 PM UTC to September 22, 7 PM UTC.
Around 4500 out of 10000 Genesis Cards were burned during “Burn window #1”.
Burn window #2
The second and final burn window (to burn Portals Genesis Citizen cards) opens on Wednesday, September 21, at 7 PM UTC and will close on Sunday, September 25, at 7 PM UTC. It will not be possible to burn or exchange Portals Genesis Citizen Cards for The New Explorers Club after this date.
People who burn during “Burn window #2” can claim their free mint of The New Explorers Club NFT on Monday, September 26, at 7 PM UTC (on MagicEden).

Mint & Collection Launch on MagicEden
The mint will start Monday, September 19, at 7 PM UTC for those who got whitelisted during the “Burn window #1”.
Mint and free claim for Burn Window #2 starts Monday, September 26, at 7 PM UTC (on MagicEden).

Art Reveal
The New Explorers Club art reveal will happen on Thursday, September 22, at 7 PM UTC.
The New Explorers Club wallet Snapshot
There will be a wallet (of The New Explorers Club NFT holders) snapshot on Thursday, September 22, at 06:30 PM UTC.
This will require a The New Explorers Club NFT in the wallet (one of these: https://magiceden.io/marketplace/the_new_explorers_club)
Founding Members
Everyone who makes the snapshot will be eligible for the “Founding Member” role in Discord.
Airdrop
- Guaranteed 1–1 airdrop (everyone who makes the snapshot gets one airdrop per NFT in the snapshot).
Raffles
We’ll be doing a raffle (1 NFT = 1 “ticket”) for holders with a The New Explorers Club NFT in their wallet. The prizes/raffle is for:
- 1 Onyx Portals NFT
- 5 Portals Ivory NFTs
- 25 The New Explorers Club NFTs (randomized)
- 50 Portals Standard Citizen Cards
- Wallet snapshot will be kept (we have plans).
Depending on how many who burn Genesis Cards in the “Burn window #2” we might airdrop some randomly to wallets (1 NFT = 1 raffle ticket) who make the snapshot. The snapshot is on Thursday, September 22, at 06:30 PM UTC.
