The mint started Monday, September 19 on MagicEden at 7 PM UTC for everyone who burned a Portals Genesis Citizen Card in Burn Window #1 (Wednesday, September 14 at 7 PM UTC to Sunday, September 18 at 10 AM UTC.)
People who burn during “Burn window #2” can claim their free mint of The New Explorers Club NFT Monday, September 26, at 7 PM UTC (on MagicEden).
The second and final burn window (to burn Portals Genesis Citizen cards) opens on Wednesday, September 21, at 7 PM UTC and will close on Sunday, September 25, at 7 PM UTC. The burn site is https://newexplorersclub.com/.
It will not be possible to burn or exchange Portals Genesis Citizen Cards for The New Explorers Club after this date.

Why two burn/mint windows?
Since the only way to get whitelisted (and the free mint) was through burning Portals Genesis Citizen Cards, we knew there would be holders coming in after the first mint who, for good (or bad) reasons, missed the first window. The second window is the second and final chance.
What happens to the supply that isn’t minted?
There will be two windows to burn “Portals Genesis Citizen Cards NFTs” for “The New Explorers Club NFT”. NFTs that are not claimed via burned Genesis Cards will go to the Portals treasury.
How do I mint The New Explorers Club NFT?
The only way to mint is through burning a Portals Genesis Citizen Card.

How do I burn the Genesis Card for whitelist and free mint?
- A Portals Genesis Citizen Card NFT is needed before you start.
- Go to https://newexplorersclub.com/
- Click “Select Wallet” and login.
- Click “Burn Card” for each Genesis Card you want to burn.
- You will now have the same amount of The New Explorers Club whitelist spots (and free mints) as Genesis Cards you have burned.
- The wallet you burned from will be the one you’ll use to mint on MagicEden. The mint is free (Solana transaction fee needed, though).
