Making Money Online: My Experience with Survey Sites Poll Pay

I found the Poll Pay survey website in one article and decided to check if it works. The registration was super easy, you just choose your Gmail address, and you are registered. I started my first test on 8 February, there were a lot of tests, but after passing the first one, practically all disappeared, because I didn’t meet their requests.

The first day I did 2 surveys and earned… Ta-dam! 1 cent! But I wasn’t disappointed about it, because I read that surveys come constantly. Also, I received some welcome cents!

On the second day, I had a few invitations and even finished one survey and earned 26 cents! Two surveys paid me 1 cent only because I wasn’t appropriate for their test.

I checked my e-mail from time to time, but I was lucky to find a test when I opened the site directly. But usually, I saw that at that moment they couldn’t offer me any survey.

I have been checking this website for 16 days. For all time, I managed to earn 62 cents. To receive the money, you need to earn 10 euros. You can use PayPal to receive money. You can use PayPal with any currency, if it’s needed it will be conversation automatically (usually they take some commotion for such actions, but I didn’t manage to earn this amount, that’s why I’m not aware of this).

I don’t know how long time it will take to earn 10 euros, but if I don’t give up and achieve this amount, I will let you know about it in another article.

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

easy registration
referral program. The conditions are not bad if you have a lot of friends — Your friend gets a €0.23 starting bonus, and you get 15% of their survey rewards as a bonus
some surveys can be interesting
you can receive money on your PayPal account when you earn 10.50 euros
different types of receiving money (PayPal, Amazon Card or Crypto).

Disadvantages:

even if you managed to receive an invitation, it’s not a fact that you be on time to pass it
even if you started a survey, they can disqualify you
sometimes your characteristics are not suited for the surveys, and you don’t receive the invitations for a long time
some surveys pay only a few cents
some surveys can be too long
some surveys have very similar questions
It barely can be called a passive income.

The Possibility of Passive Income through Online Surveys

It’s important to sign up for multiple survey websites. Not all platforms offer the same opportunities, so diversifying your options will increase your chances of receiving survey invitations. Look for reputable sites that have good ratings and positive user reviews. Some popular survey websites include Swagbucks (in this article I share my experience as well), Survey Junkie, and InboxDollars.

As I understood, you can be luckier to receive the invitation to the survey if you have a pretty high income, your age is between 30–45 years, you have kids younger than 18, you have a property and a car, you have education and a popular pet, you use bank services, traveling, buying a lot of things, than more expensive they are, then more chance to receive a survey invitation.

Tips and Tricks for Maximizing Earnings from Online Surveys

If you’re looking to earn some extra cash or even create a semi-passive income stream, participating in surveys online can be a great hustle. With just a few clicks you can start earning from your own home.

This increases your chances to receive an invintation for surveys and generating a higher income.
Check your email regularly or better turn on notifications on your phone. Every time you receive a notification you will know.
Be sure that your inbox isn’t cluttered.
Responding often and fast to survey invitations can increase your chances of receiving more invitations in the future.
Send immediately the minimum amount of money to my PayPal account. You never know how long time such websites can last.
