Lesson 2 | Differences Between The Conscious Mind and Subconscious Mind

· The left side of your brain is the logic side. the right side is your creative side

· Get into the alpha condition by mastering a relaxation technique. (buy the audio training routines from here:https://thegeniewithin.com/affirmation-cds/)

· The main goal is to master self and deep relaxation.

Lesson 3 | Your Super Biocomputer

· Your subconscious mind works based on beliefs.

· Your subconscious mind accepts things literally and out of context — be careful with what you tell yourself and others!

· Everything you say and repeat has a strong effect

· You can improve physical and mental skills by practicing in your mind.

· Practicing Visualization is very powerful

Inductive processing: goal seeking.

· Your subconscious is a goal-seeking computer. It will act to achieve whatever goal it is given.

· Dr. Maltz concluded from his book “Psycho-Cybernetics” that a person’s actions, feelings, behaviors, and abilities are consistent with their self-image.

· You will act like the person you think you are

· The key to personality change is not physical. It’s self-image.

· Experience is the same to the subconscious mind as imagining. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between real and unreal. It accepts what you feed it. Like the saying” You are what you eat” and “You are what you think.”

· James Allen is an example of an author who concedes that you are what you think you are. Your subconscious mind will guide you to success if you think of success. If you continually have loving thoughts, your subconscious mind will guide you to loving relationships.

· The greatest revolution in our generation is the discovery that by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, human beings can change the outer aspects of their lives.

Goals

· Your goals must be clear; otherwise, your subconscious mind will flounder.

· To keep your goals clear and well thought out. Write them down. Keep a record list of short, medium, and long-term goals. Suggestions include a better job, self-image, better place to live, new house, financial independence, mental skills, physical skills, and health.

Exercise — Self-Image

· Write on a piece of paper in one side column self-image in the other Visualization. Then, list three traits you want to become. In the right list, you can see what you would be doing, provided you have that type of personality.

Exercise — Theta conditioning

· Theta is a deep relaxation state that follows from the Alpha state

· In this state, your mind can solve complex problems. By relaxing the mind, it can explore solutions and think more clearly

· Master the Alpha state before beginning with this exercise.

· Look at the book exercise and listen to the recording on the CD.
