What I learned about melting the iceberg from mystic Richard Rudd.

Richard Rudd created a massive new system called the Gene Keys. He updated the I Ching for the modern world, and it’s an incredible approach. It perfectly matches my Entrepreneur Experience Chart and my work.

I’ve been going through the 64 Gene Keys with my peer group. We do this together. It’s been fun, effective, and elevating. One of our members is an expert in the I Ching. Richard’s version perfectly matches it, but it’s easier.

Ideal for me is the lack of mystical language. It’s a complete transmission, easy to follow, and becoming a guide for all of us. From what I've experienced, I’ve already created several simple frameworks that worked.

Creating prosperity, making money, and realizing your vision come from being in the market, but success accelerates with daily practice to release blocks. My error in the past was not spending enough time on this work.

I intend not to explain Richard’s approach, teach it without training, or explore his perspective. I want to give him credit for inspiring my method. Entrepreneurs want to focus on vision. Try this if you want a fast shift.

I’ll share how to release shadows, move into the gift levels, and embrace the higher frequencies. This is how I do it. Not what he teaches. Please be clear that being inspired is different from following a how-to method.

What matters to me is realizing my entrepreneurial vision and not compromising my life for it. Inner work leads to giant leaps ahead. The danger is defining work only as those activities that lead to work output.

The method shared will work for anybody who wants to melt the iceberg that keeps you from realizing your vision with less struggle. I’m in the gene code due to my experience, but this approach will work at any level.

I’ll debunk a few myths to avoid confusion, explain my background, and finally share three simple steps to reprogram yourself. Play with these concepts, as they can’t be learned; they can only be felt and experienced.

  1. Enlightenment does not exist. Chasing a state of being leads to missing the point. The best we can do is expand self-awareness.
  2. The pathway to existing in the moment of consciousness is through the direct experience of melting the iceberg inside yourself.
  3. Forms such as lifestyle attributes, belief systems, or loving, flowing, attractive character personas that you create are barriers to success.

Being yourself in the world requires a journey into the depths. You will gain more awareness as you release your beliefs, burdens, and concepts. Successful entrepreneurs often feel something is missing. This is for you.

Be careful; disturbing your genetic programming, family of origin myths, or subconscious material may lead to a few outlandish surprises. I suggest doing this slowly with a group, but my experience allows me to go fast.

  1. I learned how to share my stories and experiences from seventeen to twenty-four when I was in Alcoholics Anonymous groups.
  2. Due to hospitalizations and anxiety, I learned how to train my mind using conditioning methods from Dale Carnegie and David Burns.
  3. I studied with a Tai Chi Sifu and have practiced opening my body, circulating energy, and extending it into the world for thirty years.
  4. I did years of therapy after a life transition that involved career and marriage, which led to learning how my family of origin works.
  5. I learned how to regress into my shadow state, release trauma, and access collective shadows, generational pain, and Karmic patterns.

I’ve done Kriya Yoga, channeling, self-realization practices, Akashic records, and more. If I were starting over, I would use this method. It’s simpler. I recommend it to entrepreneurs. We do this together in teams.

STEP ONE: Focused, Consistent Dedication

Create a daily practice. Spend time with yourself. Do not meditate, work on anything, or make an effort. Slowly get quiet. If you can’t notice, you won’t.

The most important words here are daily, consistent, and practice. Learn to be where you are. Screaming, hating, frustration, flowing, or loving is fine.

Most significantly, avoid allowing your attractive character beliefs, personas, or imposter syndrome to interfere with whatever is true for you.

STEP TWO: Fixed State Exploration

Pick a condition to explore at random. Consider picking the one you don’t want to select, or at least notice that you avoided the challenging choice.

Your work is not to work on yourself, learn anything, or figure out an answer. Merely, experience fully whatever feeling emerges. Imagine the worst-case scenario, disaster, or past situation representing this state.

I’ve been doing this work long enough to melt deep into the iceberg. As you release this energy, the fear of the unknown swamp inside dissipates. The path to freedom, satisfaction, and happiness lies buried underneath.

Reading these as mantras until strong feelings emerged worked. Then, I allowed what felt like “mind tapes” to run until the emotion was released.

Unworthy — I’m not good enough, an imposter, and don’t have a place in the world. I will never succeed, I’m a failure, I’ve got it all and feel empty.

Alone — Nobody understands me, I’ll never feel connected, my dream dies with me, life is impossible for me, others have love, I won but don’t care.

Small — I can’t do it, my skills are limited, I’m trying hard, I can’t succeed, others are better than me, life is impossible, it’s too competitive.

Difficult—I’m exhausted by the struggle. The world is too complex. I can’t change myself. I’ll run out of money. I’m successful but can’t relax.

Weak — I’m not strong enough to survive, the world is too dangerous, I need protection, I need money to feel secure, I can’t handle what’s coming.

Ignorant — I already know, I’m very successful, I’ve read that, I’m an expert in the subject, They don’t know, and I do, I don’t care as long as I succeed.

Confused—I don’t know what I want, but I’ll keep trying. It’s always like this. Life is complicated, I need more time, I need to work harder.

Lost—I can’t find my way, I need answers, I don’t know what to do, Nobody will help me, I’m always on my own, I can’t do this. I’m drowning in debt.

Stuck — I can’t get out of this box, I’ve got to make something happen, I’m not working hard enough, I can’t move fast enough, I need a better answer.

Outside — I never get picked, I’m the best and nobody notices, I never get the best stuff, I’m always outside the group, Nobody gets my brilliance.

Incompetent — I can’t do it, this is too hard, I’m always struggling, If only they knew, my ideas always fail, this great idea won’t work, I’m not good.

Behind — I don’t have enough time, I’m running out of ideas, Other people are pulling ahead, I can’t keep up with the leaders, I’ll fall behind and lose.

The genetic program in the mind runs deep underneath the iceberg. Mine appears like a mix tape fast-forward on an old player. I allow it to run, feel its deep feelings, and don’t judge it or myself. Freedom follows release.

STEP THREE: Grounding and Integration

The first time that I did body-oriented work was in my twenties. Our Tai Chi Sifu described the experience. He called it opening up. When he said to open up, everybody felt that differently. For me, it was a shift in my body.

Thich Nhat Hanh perfectly describes how this experience, which I began years ago and continued over a lifetime, works. We create knots of thought and emotion in our bodies. When we release them, the iceberg melts.

In this step, allow what happened to integrate. The method that worked is simple. Try this, and don’t leave yourself disrupted after a deep session.

  1. Rewrite the mantras above. I allow this to happen in my imagination as I do this work driving in the car, on my morning practice, or dog walks.
  2. Continue the deep emotional connection, but now, it is on the opposite side of the duality. Shift the emotion from “pain” to “joy.”
  3. Recognize that pain and joy do not exist. It’s an experience duality. When you know this your iceberg melting will become a routine.

For example, I worked on stuck this week. Here’s how the entire process worked. Adjust as you do the work. It’s got to be specific with feeling.

Step One: I walk my dog daily after work. It lasts thirty minutes, long enough for me to work through and release a fixed state.

Step Two: I can’t get known; I’ve got to make it happen. I’m not working hard enough and can’t get it to work. I need a better result. Now. Help!

When I said this with emotional intensity, the tape started. I let it play and got deeper into the feeling. What’s key is not to suppress it.

Step Three: I’ve got an incredible group, a lot of people know me, I feel traction daily, I’m doing the work, I’m getting great results. Now. Freedom!

After doing this work, I feel like a different person. The next day, I saw immediate results as I engaged more deeply with influential people at work. I’m showing up with more power, authority, and confidence.

I’ve done a serious amount of inner development work. Given that I started at seventeen, I’d consider myself an expert. How you experience this doesn’t matter. If you haven’t felt a feeling in years, start there. It works.

Inspired by Richard Rudd’s work, this iceberg-melting release process feels like the most straightforward and practical transformation approach after thirty years of experience creating entrepreneur success pathways.
