Tokens of this sort usually take the form of a slender, dried root braided into a bracelet or wrist cuff, but can be worked into many forms of apparel. When worn by a fae creature, a Stabapple Root can be made to produce a Stabapple Thorn (C:tL p. 224). This costs one Glamour but requires no roll, and the thorn appears ready to use in the wearer’s hand that the Stabapple Root is worn nearest. Each Stabapple Root can produce a number of Thorns equal to the wearer’s Wyrd; creating another Thorn causes the earliest created to wither and rot away.
Stabapple Thorns count as a Goblin Fruit, are as hard as bone, can be used in melee or thrown as a knife to deal deal one point of lethal damage, and have a Size of 1. Stabapple Thorns are made of wood, and can be used to stake vampires, burnt in a fire, etc.

Mein: the Stabapple Root no longer appears dried, and may have tiny leaves.
Drawback: Stabapple Roots do not function for creatures without Glamour, but the produced Thorns can be used by anyone.
Catch: None, but Changelings with a plant-based Mein such as Woodblood Elementals and Flowering Fairest can create Thorns without needing to pay the Glamour cost like other Changelings.
