Most relationships are never the same after cheating.

A secret as heavy as this can weigh on your heart and give you sleepless nights. This only applies to first-time cheaters. Obviously.

Commitment provides structure and stability. If you find yourself struggling to stick with your partner, leave the relationship. You will be better off single and living life free from relationship expectations.

If you enjoy the benefits of being in a relationship, DON’T CHEAT. It’s that simple.

Should You Come Clean When Dating or Married?

If you’re brave enough to cheat, apply the same rules when it comes to disclosing your affair.

It’s important to come clean and leave your fate in your partner's hands. They have a right to decide whether they want to stick around and work on the relationship or leave. The other person deserves to know.
