A couple of weeks ago I set a goal of publishing one Medium story a day.
Simple right?
👉🏽I love writing, I have enough freelancing experience to give advice and tell horror (short) stories.
👉🏽I track my personal finances since last year and I am a sucker for all things cashback and rewards to increase income or compensate for everyday expenses.
👉🏽I’ve recently learned front-end development and I’m currently infatuated with Python and its automation world.
👉🏽I have tried many side hustles and learned a thing or two along the way.
You would think content is something I won’t fall short of…and you’re right.
So what happened?
I started working on other projects (2 to be exact), and keep postponing the writing bit of my day. > To be fair some writing was done in the other projects.
Main lesson?
When you have a plan, stick to it 100% and respect the time you’ve spent planning or at least trying.
This is my Notion planner:
I have committed to a self-imposed challenge in order to measure data regarding organic growth and reach.
I will respect the time I spent planning the content, putting it on a dashboard, coming up with the titles/inspiration, and fulfilling the goal of 1 hour of writing and content production per day.
