Chapter 1 Trading journal #22 - 02/07/2019 -$7 “It’s better to miss an entry than chase. FOMO has to stop.”

Really tough day in terms of pressure. I fucked up big time in ATOS. Was not get any of my setups validated enough to get in afterward and was just waiting. Saw big sell on the tape, and had to go in via layered orders ( the only way to get in this SSR stock)

LL: Entries should be perfect or a trade should not exist.

$TRVN +$5 “1st minute drop”

• Entry: first minute. Saw no interest in the offer + people were hitting the bid. Joined them
• Exit: Cover 100% on the first drop. That is the rule.

$ATOS — $100 FOMO setup. “I’m a fucking chaser” setup

• Just a random number of trades. Really disappointed me here.
• This type of behavior should go

$MLNT +79 “HOD rejection + Low high”

• Didn’t get enough conviction on the first low high, finally after they ripped I saw bit sellers real ones. So I got in with a tight risk above 95.
