Key 3rd Party Support for Network Upgrade
Premier multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet ZelCore has confirmed their support for the upcoming ZClassic network upgrade to Sapling. The ZelCore wallet was frequently cited in the Q1 2019 community survey as an oft used favorite of the ZClassic userbase.
ZelCore is a user-friendly cryptocurrency wallet that stores over 100 different types of crypto assets. All users’ wallets and assets are encrypted and secured with a unique username and password combination and decentralized 2FA. ZelCore is also flexible, offering versions for MacOS, Linux, Windows, iOS, and Android. Users can access their crypto from any device with a single username and password that is not stored on any remote server. The account system functions on a purely local level.
Are you tired of trying to keep track of dozens of individual wallets? Secure all your crypto under one roof with ZelCore. Simple. Secure. Powerful.
ZClassic is a fork of Zcash with the founder’s fee and slow start removed. The open sourced project is developed and maintained by its devoted community. To truly keep in step with Zcash, ZClassic is rebasing to the current master branch of Zcash, 2.0.3. The update addresses the recently revealed zk-SNARKS vulnerability while also giving ZClassic the efficiency improvements for shielded transactions provided by Sapling.
❗️The network upgrade is scheduled to occur at blockheight 476969 which will fall around 9pm on the 24th February (UTC).
