Today the news was absolutely too traumatic to listen to. But if these people can suffer what they can suffer. I can listen — so I did.
I’m bewildered by the state of our world. The venomous conflicts between nations and the devastating toll of genocide weigh heavily on my mind.
The thought of innocent children, who may grow up scarred by these horrors, fills me with sorrow.
Some will carry the burden of fear, robbed of hope, and left mentally scarred. It’s a heartbreaking reality we face.

The untold stories of their suffering, too harrowing to be recounted, remind us of the depths of human depravity. Can you fathom the brutality, the inhumanity, the sheer disregard for life?
The actions and ideologies of certain individuals, including leaders who exhibit tendencies like to ‘killers,’ are nothing short of barbaric.
I am so angry, upset and hurt by this. I do not know how to help or what I can do. I am disgusted! The human species is absolutely disgusting.
