We all have dreamed that one day we will get that perfect body and will lose all that weight. And we make a new years resolution every year and say that we will start working-out but we never do. But, this year is different because I am going to guide you through it… So get off your chair and start with those simple and easy exercises that can go a long way.

Jumping Rope: Jumping rope is known to burn around 1300 calories/hour (now that’s high!). It also improves footwork, balance, coordination, and agility. Most of the runners and other athletes jump rope for training. That’s an effective way to melt your fat, right?

10 min x 2

Jumping Jacks: Jumping jacks are all about coordinating your limb movements with the jumps. This helps improves coordination between your limbs and brain. You will develop a better sense of timing, rhythm, balance, and posture. Doing jumping jacks on a regular basis can help shed the fat. Doing a high-intensity version of jumping jacks can also help improve muscle tone, thereby shaping your thighs, buttocks, calves, shoulders, and arms.

2 min x 5

Burpees: Burpees improves the strength of your legs, chest, thighs, hamstrings, deltoids, arms and abs. if you do burpees nonstop for one hour you can burn more than 563 calories. To make it simpler, let’s say that for one-minute basic burpees done correctly, you can burn an average of 10 calories.

2 min x 3

Squats: They don’t just help you achieve wonderful, toned legs; they promote body-wide muscle building by creating an anabolic (muscle building) environment in the body. They work up your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abdominal muscles, lower back and your butt too. Not many exercises can claim to recruit so many muscles at the same time!

1 min hold

Plank: Planking will help build your deep inner core muscles that lay the groundwork for that six-pack look. As your abdominal muscles become stronger, your mid-section will tighten.

1 min x 2

Mountain Climbers: Mountain Climbers are a killer exercise that get your heart rate up fast while also firing nearly every muscle group in the body — deltoids, biceps, triceps, chest, obliques, abdominals, quads, hamstrings and hip abductors. It’s truly a fully body workout!

3 min x 1

To check how you are doing throughout the workout or in this case an exercise I suggest you where a heart rate monitor it will tell you how much calories you have burnt and tracks your heart rate.

And as always remember:

THE ONLY THING BETWEEN YOU AND WHERE YOU WANT TO BE IS THE ACTION YOU MUST TAKE TO GET THERE.
