Deloitte finds that diversity is perceived differently by generations, millennials view diversity as the combining of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and they believe taking advantage of these differences is what leads to innovation.
I would dare say that most readers don’t know what “clicking the heart” really means, and have diverse reasons, or no reason at all but to follow suit, to “click the heart.”
