The XResearch (XRES) Private Sale is now officially accepting contributions!
If you’ve already signed up on our wait list — thank you for your patience. We were buttoning up the Sale dashboard, our Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Purchase Agreement.
As a reminder, during the XRES Private Sale, XRES Tokens are priced at $0.07 and the minimum contribution is $5,000 in BTC, ETH, or XRP.
The base price is $0.10 per token, so there is a 30% bonus.
If you’d like to contribute a large amount in fiat (e.g., over $100,000) please contact the team directly at team@xres.io.

How to begin contributing to the XRES Private Sale

Either button will take you to sto.xres.io, our investor intake and contribution dashboard. Click on Register if it’s your first time creating an account:
NOTE: The email address, First Name, and Last Name you provide here will autopopulate later on in the secure, hosted KYC/AML solution. So please use your real name, as listed on your ID(s), and your email address of choice.
Once you’re created an account, you’ll have to confirm your email address. Look for an email in your inbox (or Spam folder, depending on your email client) with the Subject Line: “Verify Email Address” from team@xres.io.
Once you verify your email, you’ll be able to log into the dashboard:
Once in the dashboard, you can see the total amount of BTC, ETH, and/or XRP you’ve contributed during the Private Sale.
Click on “REGISTER FOR SALE” and then “Get Whitelisted” to begin the KYC/AML process:
The secure, hosted solution provided by ShuftPro and ComplyAdvantage will have a ‘lock’ icon and a URL like this one:
Please select a document type that states your name clearly, and in the correct order (for example, of your driver’s license lists your last name first then your first name, but your password lists your name in the right order, you should use your passport).
NOTE: Your First Name, Last Name, and email address should autopopulate on the first screen.
Click Submit, and you will be asked to agree to the Declaration of Consent:
Once you’ve agreed, you’ll be taken to a webcam-integrated page where you will have to Capture your chosen method of identification:
NOTE: You may have to ‘Allow’ ShuftiPro to access your webcam in a pop-up. If you see an ‘Upload’ option instead of a ‘Capture’ option, that means the webcam functionality is being blocked by your browser.
Once you verify your ID, you’ll have to also take a picture of your face.
Once you move on from that screen, ShuftiPro will run its facial recognition software to match your face to your ID as well as other important identifiers like your name and birthday.
Everything that happens from this point forward is automatic. If you are successful, you will be notified and then redirected to a final screen with a ‘Back to xres.io’ button.
If you are not successful, you will be notified and then also redirected to a similar screen, with a ‘Try again’ button as well:

Once you are back in the XRES Private Sale dashboard, click on ‘View XRES PPM.’
Once you’ve reviewed the XRES Token Private Placement Memorandum, click on ‘View Purchase Agreement’:
The XRES Token Purchase Agreement can be e-signed using HelloSign. When you’ve finished reviewing the Purchase Agreement, click on the ‘GET STARTED’ button to be taken directly to the signature page:
NOTE: The date is autopopulated based on the day you sign the agreement.
Once you’ve signed the Purchase Agreement, you will be able to access the ‘BUY TOKENS’ tab. Click on your funding method of choice:
