GSoC 2024 with OpenMRS | Community Bonding period wrap up

Hello, everyone!
As weeks two and three of GSoC comunity bonding come to an end, I’m bubbling with excitement to share the fantastic progress we’ve made during this incredible Community Bonding Period. I couldn’t be happier with how things are shaping up!

Project Breakdown: (Diving into the Details)
Our initial meeting with my mentors was like diving into a treasure trove of knowledge. We unpacked the project piece by piece, and here's a glimpse of what we discovered:
Defining the Core Features: We outlined the treasure map of core features that need to be implemented. Prioritizing these gems has set us on a clear path to success.

Technical Stack and Tools: We reviewed the magical tools and frameworks that will help us build our dream project. It’s like having the perfect set of ingredients for a delicious recipe!

Design Discussions: (Sprinkling Some Magic on the UI)
The meeting with our design lead was nothing short of enchanting. Here’s what we conjured up together:

Project UI Frontend Redesign: Our design lead waved their wand and suggested a dazzling transformation for the UI frontend:

Simplifying Navigation: We’re streamlining navigation to make it as easy and fun as a walk in the park.
Modernizing the Look and Feel: Updating the visual design to make it sparkle and shine like a polished gem.
Improving Accessibility: Ensuring our design is welcoming and inclusive to everyone, because magic should be for all!
Feedback and Iteration: We agreed on a merry-go-round process of implementing and iterating to ensure our UI is as delightful as can be.

Wrapping Up the Wonderful Community Bonding Period
As the period wraps up, I can’t help but feel like I’ve been on the most amazing journey so far .

With the period now complete, I am brimming with excitement to dive into the coding phase. Here’s what’s next on our magical journey:
