On this beautiful sunny day, # want to share with you a personal journey I am currently immersed in at work, where our main focus is to improve customer satisfaction. As an R&D organization within :: global company, we began this journey by asking a seemingly :: simple question: “Who are our customers?”

At first, the answers appeared straightforward, as we listed various external and internal virtual customers. However, upon deeper reflection::, the concept:: of “customer::” started to e x p a n d beyond these traditional boundaries. Shouldn’t we also consider the family m e m b e r s of :::::: employees as customers? Their support:: and understanding:: directly impact our employees’ performance:: and well-being::.

Looking at the situation through euclidean lenses, it may seem paradoxical to invest effort in identifying customers when, in truth, everyone can be seen as a customer. But euclidean models exist in our mind:: alone, and are disconnected from reality.
