Welcome to the Second Grand Assembly. This event is held to celebrate special occasions, and this time, it’s for the launch of Dawn of Heroes: Origins. Throughout the event, we’ve shared exciting information and had a few surprises for the attendees.

Rewards for Participation

During the event, a screenshot was taken of the participants to award them a special recognition. For those wondering about the first badge, both Grand Assembly badges will be distributed during the first half of May.

Pre-Sale Overview

Two hours before the release of the OG Heroes of Valannia for the Whitelist and Public Sale, we shared the news on how the pre-sale for the Vallanium Ring holders went. These users had the opportunity to mint the first heroes in the Origins series, and a total of 225 heroes were minted in this initial mint.

Details of the Minting Process

We explained that it’s important to keep in mind that during the minting process, you can only choose the race. The hero, the border, and three of their abilities are randomly selected, each with a 20% chance of appearing. The race leader has a 4% chance of being minted, the second Hero has a 31% chance, and the last Hero has a 65% chance.

Steps to follow:
1- Have USDC in Phantom Wallet or Solflare Wallet.
2- Go to: https://market.valannia.com/
3- Choose your Race.

Very important: If you refresh the page, make sure to select your race.

4- Select the MINT button.
5- Pay transaction fees (have 0.04 SOL or more per transaction if possible to avoid issues).
6- If everything goes well: Congratulations! You have your Origin Hero.

How can you view your Hero in your inventory?:
Remember to check your inventory and select the race to see which hero you have minted

Appearance Changes with Hero Borders

Hero borders allow you to change your in-game appearance whenever you want, starting with the Valannia Arena. For example, with the character Sir Arcturus, his armor changes depending on the color of the border. Although the images are preliminary and subject to change, here are the available options:

With a silver border, you can only use the basic appearance of your hero.
With a gold border, you can choose between gold or silver armor.
With an Eonite border, you can choose between Eonite and the previous two options.
With a Valannium blue border, you can change your appearance, though why would you?

It is worth noting that the probabilities shown in the graphic apply to each NFT minted. This means it’s possible to generate an entire race without Valannium borders (as 0.5% of 500 is only 2.5%), or even to have more Eonite borders than gold ones in a particular race.

What can we expect after the Minting?

Once the minting process is completed, the next step will be an NFT ranking, which will include both the rings and the heroes you own in your wallet. Later, we will launch DOH: Adventure, a staking system for heroes, as explained in this article, and guild registrations will open along with the introduction of magic scrolls.

Dawn of Heroes: Adventure

The adventure mode allows players to stake their heroes in one of three available locations.

- In the Frozen Forest, you might find Valannite.
- In the Temple of Time, you can discover Honey Drop
- In the Dragon Valley, you can find Celespar and Dragon Breath.

Remember that to enter Dragon Valley, you will need to send two heroes into the adventure, which can be from different races if you prefer.

By sending these heroes on adventures, they will level up, increasing the NFT’s value and providing a chance to find a gem or other rare items. The hero’s level is also significant for DOH: Crafting, as it will determine how skills like profession, technology, politics, and construction evolve.

Commemorative Badges and Special Giveaway

Remember that the badge from the first assembly was the Altari badge, with only 103 units available. In this Second Grand Assembly, we will be distributing the second badge, which will be Tyxen.
Although we haven’t disclosed the utility of these badges yet, they will have an interesting use in addition to being collectible items.

Finally, to celebrate this very special day for Valannia, we gave away 1x OG Hero. The giveaway was conducted among the participants of the Grand Assembly. We congratulate ‘Lunaticx’ for being the winner of this Origin Hero!

DEVELOPMENT UPDATES

Project: Valannia Arena — Unreal Engine implementation

Characters: Programming of more abilities and unit classes.
Gameplay: Implementation of particular abilities for the implemented Valannia characters.
Level: Right region of the map started.
UI/UX: More functionality included in the abilities menu. Roaster and main menu still WIP.
Upcoming activities: Preparing for V4 of internal pre-alpha, including more characters and deeper gameplay.

Project: DAPP

Design: The design of the third version of the DAPP is ready. Included heroes mint, market and inventory.
Architecture: The backend programming is ready with more functionalities.
Blockchain: The blockchain development of the DAPP is ready.
