I Finally Have Something To Offer!
Okay, so I’ve made a Substack Newsletter a few days back, and then I gained my first few subscribers. But the thing is, I didn’t have anything to offer them in exchange for signing up to my newsletter.
So, I’ve been pondering for a while now as to what I can really offer in exchange for signing up to my Substack Newsletter.
Then came Monday, May 8, 2023. There was a power outage, so I can’t really do anything to make content for my blog or anywhere.
I Need That Caffeine Fix
Wahana Cabin
It was really hot that day, it became hotter because there was a power outage for the whole day. Then there’s the craving for coffee. But since there’s a power outage,
First, I contacted Wahana Cabin. I asked them if they have a generator unit and if they’re open despite the power outage. But sadly, they didn’t have a generator set, so Wahana Cabin is a no-go.
Jamjen’s Café
So, I went out and go to the beachside café. Specifically, Jamjen’s Café. I’ve been going to this café way before Wahana Cabin was established, and I know that they have a generator set.
And lo and behold, I finally got my caffeine fix.
I ordered an iced Spanish Latte because it’s one of my favorites. I tell you, I highly recommend going to Jamjen’s Café. It’s one of the best café in the province of Aurora.

Back to the main topic. Don’t worry, my caffeine addiction is relevant to what I’m about to tell you.
While I was sitting by one of the chairs at Jamjen’s Café, and taking a sip at the wonderfully brewed Spanish latte. It hit me. I knew what I can offer to people in exchange for subscribing to my Substack Newsletter!
