We charge our electronics — our phone, laptop, smartwatch, and iPad to name a few.

We re-fuel our vehicles after driving.

Have you ever wondered what you are doing to charge your batteries?

Yes, we all eat food, drink coffee, and sleep to recharge your physical bodies.

Is this enough?

What about recharging your mental batteries?

We live in a distracting world; our minds are constantly being pulled into different directions and drained of energy.

Here are my simple hacks to (re)charge my mental batteries.

#1: Take a walk in the park
