I think what makes people reluctant to showcase their content is the adage, “quality over quantity”. I can attest, as I haven’t published anything in months.
If the quality isn’t good, what’s the point, right? As more of my writing gets drafted and videos and photos are stacking up in different files, I’m realizing that I am overly eager to get something done well that it’s not getting done at all.

Lessons from a person who grew up having no confidence.
I used to have this problem where I would set a goal for myself, and never achieve it. The lack of execution often led to feelings of guilt, shame, hopelessness, and being stuck.

A guide to a blank slate in life.
Sometimes, the answer to a fresh beginning is to go somewhere else, whether that be temporary or permanently. In just a short month, I will be leaving to Southeast Asia on my own. My first destination will be Chiang Mai, the luscious northern city of Thailand.
