KYC submission Process Update

Thank you for your interest in the Yggdrash. This post is intended to update you on the KYC progress.

The YGGDRASH Team has been receiving a high number of inquiries, and our team is doing the best to answer as promptly as possible, yet there may be a delay in the response.

Kindly understand that we take each and all inquiries seriously, and all of the inquiries will be thoroughly answered in time.

1. ID card Policy : We are now accepting “EU ID card” as a valid ID. PASSPORT, EU ID Card and ID card written in English (Must Include Nationality) are acceptable from now on.

a) Acceptable Identification Form (MUST INCLUDE PHOTO)

• Passport (please refer to #14 and #15 of Step-by-Step Guide)
• EU ID card (added)
• ID card written in English (Must Include Nationality)

Front side and Reverse side of EU ID card (e.g.)

b) Non-Acceptable Identification Form

• Facebook Profile
• Student Card
• Identification Form without Photo
• Credit Card
• Membership Card
• Etc.

2. KYC application schedule : Deadline of KYC submission has been extended to Apr. 13, 2018 14:00 (KST/UTC+9)
