How to enter the ‘Zombies in Fairbanks’ video contest to win FREE NFTs and complete rules

The ‘Zombies in Fairbanks’ video contest starts on September 1, 2022 and runs monthly for the next year.

Winners will be announced on our Discord.

There are 20 NFTs to be given out, one each month for the best quality video of the month and extras going to those that put in the extra effort! We support indie filmmakers. 💜

🎥⚫ Acting video: where you take part in the story of Zombies in Fairbanks (Please see the rules).

Here are some ideas for your video. Be creative!

Make a vlog, zoom conversation, or make a video talking about what you are uncovering about the strange lockdown in Fairbanks, Alaska. The more you seem like a conspiracy theorist, the better.

Argue with your friends about facts you’ve uncovered. Try to connect the dots. Feel free to make written “news stories” which you publish on the interwebz and then make a video about it — like you are just discovering it. (Post on Medium, Reddit, a blog, an actual news site, wherever you like! Just please stay on the plot).

If you live in Alaska, make videos outside explaining weird sightings you’ve seen about cannibals eating each other. Express your fear and concern about what might be really going on and try to get others aware of things you are discovering.

Here is some of the backstory

More Zombies in Fairbanks backstory can be found here.

From your perspective: No one knows yet who these people/creatures/zombies are or where they have come from, but there are a bunch of strange characters walking down Cushman Street and hanging out outside the Mecca Bar! There are reports of people getting attacked! Is it a virus? Why is the military out in force and black helicopters flying around? What’s with the roadblocks? Why is your dog missing? And, WTF, why do these weird people glow all weird when the aurora borealis (northern lights) is out!).

An unknown virus has broken out in Fairbanks, Alaska, and the city is on lockdown. There are rumors of people acting very strangely, with some becoming violent. There is a blackout about it on the news, which only tells the Fairbanks residents that there has been a chemical spill and to stay inside.

Remember, if your video is good, it will be included in the Zombies in Fairbanks movie! If your acting is great, you might land an acting gig in the movie as well. All credits and backlinks to you will be included where permitted. WAGMI.
