I am not a writer, per se. I am a Systems Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area at Blue River Technology/John Deere, currently working on the world’s coolest autonomous tractors. My mantra is “build cool robots, change the world.” My passions for efficiency, automation, and education drive me to try to continuously improve.
That being said, I think that communication is the number one soft skill for an Engineer to have, and I strive to continuously improve it.
I am already one to write everything (and I mean everything) down. Obsessively writing notes helps me keep my life together. Medium, therefore, is a way for me to formalize and share my written thoughts so that I, and hopefully my readers, will learn something from my efforts.
When I am not “building cool robots” or writing, I am probably either studying for my Master’s Degree or renovating my 1960s home — check out my YouTube Channel! You may also find me sailing, playing video games or board games, traveling, or learning about finance and real estate.
