Details matter.
Do details matter to you?
The power is in detail… I always think about it when designing my new artwork or even when buying a new dress. Details matter. They bring sense to what I do and send a message to a viewer.
For instance, when I work on portraits, I consider the eyes to be a point of entry to my artwork. There’s usually a detail that only I know about, that guides people to artwork and its story.
The story — that’s what draws you in and helps to understand the painting better.

Details matter. They make me feel better. They reveal what I feel when I create my art.
Details create a special environment that you notice when you are mindful.
Being mindful is important because then we concentrate on the details, so we are present at the moment. What happens when negative emotions, distraction, stress and pressure accumulate in our bodies? Disease.
Noticing details matters. Noticing good things around you matters. Looking into peoples’ eyes when you speak to them matters.
Someone told me that details matter because they give information and information has power.
Do details matter to you?
