Weekly Update: Sorry For The Silence!
Good afternoon from the United Kingdom! It’s here, one of the editors for About Me Stories. I noticed there hasn’t been a newsletter since the end of January, so I thought it would be good to send one out.
Since I started as an editor in About Me Stories approximately one year ago today, it has been great connecting to new writers and hearing about your backgrounds. Where you’re from, what you’re doing in life, what has brought you to Medium.
We’ve had a huge influx of new writers on Medium and this means that we’ve had plenty of opportunity to seek new members to read our pub and to write for us. Currently, our statistics show:

The above screenshots are evidence that we are certainly no longer a start-up publication. With the MPP now becoming accessible from country to country, I envision we will reach between 8,000 — 10,000 followers by the end of 2024.
About Me Stories needs to be louder and I intend on making that happen. It can be tough running two publications, especially off our own backs, but the passion for writing is the driving factor.
