As Agile Actors, we cultivate a learning culture where an ambitious tech professional can find Guidance, Coaching and Personal Development and empower them to take initiatives and self organize.

Until recently, our performance assessment model followed that of what some might deem as a more “conservative” approach. Our bi-annual review periods set a period where feedback was requested and provided and as such achievement actions were decided.

However, as a result, there was an increasingly obvious feeling of dissatisfaction, lack of engagement and high turnover on the professionals’ part and significant time consumption during the review periods for the HR team running the process.

Our response?

The Continuous Feedback Performance Model. A 2 dimensional model of Continuous Feedback and Continuous Achievement Actions. The idea is that a professional, in the Agile Actors ecosystem can learn and grow at his/her own pace.

Continuously -at any time- a professional receives feedback, from peers and customers, with regards to what they should continue, stop and/or start doing, so as to boost their professional development and similarly can provide feedback to their peers.

Continuously -at any time- professional and coach, can raise a request for level up and salary raise, under the condition that evidently, the professional has already conquered the next seniority level.

The implementation of our continuous model puts the professional in the driver’s seat, allowing him/her to assert their level up rather than a process which relies solely on the organisation’s assessment and rewarding of the professional.
