This publication is meant to be a springboard for discussion and collaboration on different ways of working, and how to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst for change. What started out as a way to automate business processes and make work more efficient has evolved into a laboratory for raising the quality of human interaction. I believe that AI and data science can help businesses better understand their customers and their employees, while also reducing inefficiency. We’re exploring these concepts by creating bots that solve specific business problems. But not just automating existing processes. We’re rethinking the goals themselves, and only then thinking about the role AI plays.
