Our Resource on DEI Job Boards & Portals Has a New Look
Over the past couple of years, we’ve had quite a few folks reach out to us regarding a blog post we published highlighting job boards and portals that connect employers to amazing candidates from traditionally underrepresented communities. It’s clear that lots of people find the list valuable and since it came out, we know of many other organizations that are supporting candidates and employers in this way.
With that, our team is happy to share a new version of the resource that will stay up to date as we learn of new organizations. The new look is hosted on Airtable and allows viewers to sort by specific groups supported. Many of the organizations listed support all historically underrepresented folks and those cases we did not tag a certain group.
