Welcoming All Raise’s New CEO, Paige Hendrix Buckner

We are thrilled to announce Paige Hendrix Buckner has been named the full time CEO of All Raise!
Paige has been serving as our Interim CEO since January, and has been part of the heart and soul of All Raise ever since she joined our organization. Under her interim leadership the past five months, we launched the Miami Chapter of All Raise, relaunched our VC Cohorts program for partner and principal level investors, expanded the VC Champions mentorship program, and launched our first national Black and Latinx Media Mastery program.
In addition to helping scale our impact, Paige has built deep trust and respect across our community. Across staff members, longstanding volunteers, new community members, sponsors, donors and sister non-profit organizations, Paige has built a reputation as a highly effective collaborator with high integrity, empathy, and positive energy. We heard an outpouring of support for Paige from our community, which made it very obvious during our CEO search process that she should become our permanent CEO:

For those of you who haven’t yet met Paige, here is a little bit more about her life story, which reflects a nearly tailor-made set of experiences leading to her becoming All Raise’s CEO.
Prior to becoming our CEO, Paige was All Raise’s Chief of Staff, working closely with her longtime collaborator and our former All Raise CEO, Mandela SH Dixon. Before All Raise, Paige and Mandela scaled Founder Gym, the largest online program training underrepresented founders on how to raise venture capital. In just four years, Founder Gym trained over 650 underrepresented founders across 26 countries, and as of 2022, 10% of all Black women who raised $1 million or more in the U.S. venture ecosystem were a graduate of Founder Gym.
Paige’s journey prior to Founder Gym reflects a lifelong career of values-aligned, hands-on community service and development. She began her career as a Teach for America elementary school teacher, developing fundamental leadership, management, storytelling, and community outreach skills. She then went on to be Policy Director for Multnomah County in Oregon as a speechwriter, policy developer, and constituent outreach leader. She left public policy to be the founder and CEO of her own venture, ClientJoy, so she has lived the female founder journey. While building her company she developed the TIE Young Entrepreneurs program to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs, which is now a global program. She was also a founding Board Member of XXcelerate to help women business owners grow their businesses and build community.
All Raise was born out of a shared vision of more equitable success in the tech ecosystem. We have a mission to accelerate success for women and non-binary voices, by rewiring our industry from the inside. During this challenging time in the tech industry, our mission is more relevant and important than ever. We’re excited to grow and strengthen our community, programs and impact, and to continue to partner with industry insiders who have power and influence. As a community, we’re energized to create new onramps, build new relationships, share more insights, reduce bias and help change the face of success in tech, faster.
Please join us in welcoming Paige as our new CEO! She joins us with a lifetime of community building and being a force for good, and she is a joy to work with. We’re thrilled to have her at our helm, to pave more pathways of success for entrepreneurs and investors of all backgrounds.
