When you start taking full responsibility for your life, focus on your self-worth, how you can be better today than you were yesterday, and stop prepare yourself to others, you will start feeling the freedom grow from within.

  • What is it in your life that your accepting but are not ok with?
  • Where do you need to step in and take more responsibility?
  • Where do you want to make changes in your life?
  • What is stopping you from making this change?

If you do not see the opportunity — create one for your self

If you want to have growth in your life you need to have progress and authenticity and stay true to yourself, embrace the uncertainty, and you will find the freedom within yourself, fulfillment, inner peace, and contentment.

Learning and implement the new learning into your life, lead by example, teach others, and embrace feedback.

A lot of us are facing a challenges situation right now, and many of us have much more time than we used to. Why not use this time in personal development and build up “the best version of our self”?

So, what is your present state?

What is your desired state?

What knowledge, skills do you already have, and which one do you need to develop to reach your desired state.

Break it down to smaller steps is important — so it doesn’t get overwhelming to you and then start by taking one step at the time and try not to think about the other steps which you have probably not figure out yet, and that is ok.

Think big and never give up!

If you want to change your life you need to change something you do daily

If you get an idea go for it, speak up and do what you must do to bring it out where it belongs.

If you start to overthink your idea you will find all excuses you can possibly find to not do it, self-doubt, and then, later on, you will regret not following through your idea in the first please because you missed out a great opportunity.

Mel Robbins has great advice in her book 5-second rule, count down from 5 and then go for it, then you don’t have time to overthink it.

“Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limit. Each day we must strive for constant and never-ending improvement.” Tony Robbins

We all experienced the feeling of giving up, and more often than not that is exactly the time when something is about to change and grow.

Do not postpone until tomorrow what you can do today

If you procrastinate what you want to do because you are waiting for the right moment, I am afraid you must wait for a long time, probably your whole life.

If you want to create the right circumstances you need to take the first step and start working toward your dream

Why is it bad to procrastinate?

  • It decreases your energy level
  • You get frustrated
  • Negative criticism and demolition towards our selves — you start to think you are not good enough
  • Increase anxiety and stress level

So, if you take a better look at your situation, what is it that you are procrastinating?

  • Something that you have been thinking about for a long time but never found the right moment to take the action
  • Something you want to change in your life but needed the courage to take the first step
  • Something you want to stop doing
  • Something you already started but has not finish yet
  • Something you want to say to another person but never did
  • Something you want to learn but you can not find the right time to start that journey

Look at the details, the small thing that you perhaps consider unnecessary — but is, in fact, the most important thing in the process.

It is the journey that is important not the destination — so remember to enjoy it.

The year 2019 taught me a very valuable lesson and learning, which I earned from difficult life experiences and my young son and it also gave me a new perspective on life.

don´t let anything stop you from doing what you want. And keep up a good system in your life which will get you through your journey

In other words, stop procrastinate and make excuses and put yourself out there, challenge yourself, make a mistake and learn from them, ask for feedback, ask for help we only have one life so live it to fullest.

You don´t have to know all the steps you need to take to reach your goal, you only have to know the first step and you have to take it to realize the next step you need to take, it all starts to come to gather when you start your journey.

“Why” did those things get so clear to me in 2019? It was not like I didn’t already know it all

My 19 years old son, who was a healthy athlete’s boy started to get sick totally out of the blue. After 4 weeks in and out of the hospital and meeting with doctors, he was hospitalized.

After 10 days in the hospital we finally got a diagnosis, he had a chronic disease, called ulcerative colitis. This was a big shock to us and especially for our son, and we realize that ahead of us was a challenging time.

He started going to medical treatment every 8 weeks at the hospital, and after few weeks our life got back to “normal”, until the autumn, then everything collapse, the medical treatment stopped working and he ends it up going to surgery where the colon was removed and he getting a stoma.

It was an emotional rollercoaster. Where anxiety, stress level, and concern were a huge part of our life going through this but because I had a routine and manage to take good care of myself both physically and mentally, I got through this in one piece. I was able to be there for my soon, support him, encourage him, be optimistic, and stand up in one piece afterward.

Do not get me wrong, I often cried, got angry, etc.

Getting in the gym to get an outlet was priceless, even though I had a tear in my eyes and did not feel like going, I went, and it gave me so much strength

Go for a walk in nature for a meditation, helped me keep it together mentally.

Focus on the most important task in the work, skip the one that does not matter, and give some of it to your co-workers, helped me stay focused

Stay connected to friends and family, ask for help, talk about it out loud, never go through it alone.

Serenity, we cannot change the situation or run away from it, so we better deal with it and get out of it as a stronger person.

So, my message with all of this is: have a good system in your life and always give yourself a time in your schedule to take good care of yourself no matter what you are going through.

It is my belief that with every challenge we are given in life there is a learning, and we can all learn from each other.

“It does not matter if you are old or young, we can all learn from each other, we all have experience to share and story to tell”

Take care and stay strong, no matter what you are dealing with you will get through it, focus on the light on the other end, even though you can hardly see it, it will get brighter.
