Isn’t that MoveOn? MoveOn.org ran the GOTV in 2004 partially for this reason. They represent the Warren/Bernie wing of the party. Newer groups like the Progressive Change Campaign Committee have been organizing to try and build infrastructure. Why start from scratch?
